Lay-by

LAY-BY FOR FULL PRICED ITEMS (see below for special conditions for lay-by on sale items)

Denim Baby offers lay-by for full priced orders over $80 as we don't want our customers to miss out on those must have items. The following process and terms and conditions apply:

1. Your order must total $80 or more;
2. Once you have selected your items please proceed to our checkout and complete all information up to the payment details;
3. In the Comments/Instructions section please note that you would like to proceed with a lay-by;
4. For payment type please select Direct Deposit or Bank Deposit;
5. Submit your order;
6. Send us an email at contactus@denimbaby.com.au for details of your deposit and advise us if you would like to proceed with a bank deposit or if you would like us to send you a paypal invoice;
7. We will require a 20% deposit within 1 day of your order being submitted. We will confirm by return email the deposit you are required to pay;
8. The lay-by must be completed within 10 weeks of the date that the order was placed;
9. Payments will be required at least fortnightly and can either be bank deposit or paypal as nominated by you;
10. By law, if you cancel your lay-by Denim Baby is required to provide a full refund for the monies you have paid towards your order.  However a cancellation fee will apply.  The cancellation fee is equivalent to 20% of your order or item total and is applied whether you cancel the lay-by or if Denim Baby does as a result of non payment or nil response to contact.  Partial cancellation of lay-by's also attracts a cancellation fee based on the prices of cancelled items;
11. Denim Baby excludes sale items from lay-by unless your lay-by contains full price items or by prior arrangement.

Denim Baby offers lay-by on orders that only contain sale items where spend is over $80 as we don't want our customers to miss out on those must have items. The following process and terms and conditions apply:

1. Your order must total $80 or more if you only have sale items;
2. Once you have selected your items please proceed to our checkout and complete all information up to the payment details;
3. In the Comments/Instructions section please note that you would like to proceed with a lay-by;
4. For payment type please select Direct Deposit or Bank Deposit;
5. Submit your order;
6. Send us an email at contactus@denimbaby.com.au for details of your deposit and advise us if you would like to proceed with a bank deposit or if you would like us to send you a paypal invoice;
